The Negotiation Package includes the following:
- Introductory conference
- Physician contract review by the attorney who exposes red flags, pitfalls, and proposes language where needed to protect your interests
- Compensation analysis
- Benefits package review
- Conference with the attorney to discuss the review with specific attention to the areas promised to you from the employer that might not be outlined in the agreement
- Negotiation preparation
- Attorney reviews employer’s revisions (when applicable)
- Conference with the attorney to discuss additional revisions (when applicable)
- Negotiating by the attorney on your behalf
- Additional conference as needed
- Total cost: $800 flat fee
